Mark and Gretchen replaced a water heater for me today and did a great job. Mark provided an estimate over the phone ahead of time and the actual price was very close. Work was done on time and they were respectful of my home. They paid attention to little details, like writing the date of installation on the side of my water heater, and filling out my product registration form for me. This is the second time Mark has done work at my house, and the project he completed a year ago - fixing a leak in my bathtub - is also still working well. I highly recommend Castle Plumbing.

Mark is a great, down to earth, and reasonably priced plumber. We have an old house in Mt Lebo and discovered water leaking from the back of our bathtub faucet. I’d been so anxious to find a plumber knowing it can be tough in this area to find one who won’t overcharge. Mark came over and immediately gave me 2 estimates, talking me through all the details for both. I felt confident in my decision and he was able to do the fix quickly the next day. I’m so relieved to have found a great plumber!

I am incredibly thankful for the hard work and quality of work Castle did for us. My boyfriend and I took on an ambitious house project, not fully grasping at first the scope of work or the expense. In the midst of a very stressful time, I was relieved by the friendliness and responsiveness by Castle. Mark often initiated conversations or meetings to plan and schedule, then stuck to the plan. Then finally, did an amazing job installing our new boiler. We are so very appreciative of these guys and how much they've helped us over the last month. As a young female homeowner, I am often talked down to, ignored, and/or overcharged. It can be hard to get a call back these days let alone to have quality work done at a decent price. They came to our house for a plumbing issue and ended up also installing a stove that was delivered without hook-up because of that company's mistake. We would have had to get through the Easter weekend without a stove if it wasn't for them. Within probably 2 weeks, I had to call them again for a separate issue and sure enough, they helped us quickly and kindly. Calling Castle for services feels like calling family for help. They will always be our trusted go-to and we're grateful to have them around!

Mark and his son came out to help me repair and replace my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking inside the cabinet underneath. They were both on time, professional, and did an outstanding job - they were recommended to me by someone else and I would hire them again so I will definitely pass this on to others! Very happy with their work and help at an extremely reasonable price.
