So pleasant on the phone. You could tell it was a family business-a true sense of caring. They provided same day service-rare and was really needed on my hot water heater. Technician was exceptional. Great communication, thorough on the troubleshooting process and listened to my desired outcome. He provided expert advise and clear on what he found. Wonderful service experience considering the circumstances. My new plumber.

It seems that this company really chooses quality people. Everything I was told was above BOARD from the first encounter. This young man brought in all of his tools and gadgets, checked pressures, clean the system, and in the end told me everything that I needed but gave me the option of declining without guilt or pressure. I certainly appreciate it as honesty and he was even helpful in calling his associate to answer a question I had about my water softener thank you Christopher for an excellent job. it was a pleasure to meet such a dedicated and efficient young man..

I cannot be happier with Ebens AC company. I met them first at the home show. They gave me an appointment and they checked in before the technician showed up. They were right on time. I was sooo happy with the service of the technician that I signed an annual contract with them. He was informative and courteous. He did not suggest unnecessary repairs. He was terrific.

I met this air-conditioning company with a promotion at Home Depot. I was a little skeptical about the offer, but I was very impressed once they came to the appointment I had scheduled with them. From the beginning, I received a notice with the picture of the gentleman that was servicing by two air-conditioning units. He explained the whole Service Before he started, he took his time and pictures of Both air handlers and air conditioner units showing the conditions of each unit. Something that over the last 40 years of service on AC units have never been done by the qualified company that I’ve done. Very instructed very polite very professional. I will recommend EBEN Air-Conditioning and plumbing to relatives and friends.

100% recommend Ebens!! I chose Ebens because of the great reviews. There was broken pipe that was leaking everywhere in my garage and I was in a bit of a panic. First, I love that I can make an appointment online and submit a video. Very convenient. Steven was punctual, right on time. Briefly and thoroughly explained what had to be done, and by the time I got home from work on scheduled repair day, everything was fixed and go to go. This may have been the easiest repair process I’ve had to deal with as a homeowner!

I had a great experience with Ebens Air Conditioning yesterday. First, I had set up an appointment through Home Depot to have my AC tuned up because I just bought my house. I received a call within a couple of days to schedule my visit by Ebens Air. The day of my visit, I received a text with a picture of the technician who would be coming to my house and an assurance that he was background checked and safe!! That was awesome. Trevor was great. He went through my entire system and took pictures of everything. He explained everything to me at the end and gave me some recommendations for future service and on joining the service club, which I plan on doing!!! I am so happy my AC is good for now, but I know who to call if I need help in the future! Thank you, Trevor and Ebens Air!!!
