Herold did a thorough job of servicing my A/C. He was professional and courteous in every way. He explained the checkpoints he was going to make and was very adept at doing so. I would certainly recommend, as well as request him for my next maintenance service.

After having several technicians come by and temporarily fix my air conditioner—only for it to block up again a few weeks later—I was lucky to have Mr. Aaron Martel assigned to the job. He was kind, courteous, and professional from the start. He took the time to clearly explain what the actual problem was, and once he installed the necessary parts, he stayed an extra half hour just to make sure everything was running perfectly. I’m so grateful for his thoroughness and care. I highly recommend Aaron and will definitely be asking for him again next time!

My unit was very old and my budget is very tight. Mike Cooper understood my plight and was able to get permission to offer me a very good deal with financing on a new unit. I will be forever grateful for his service. The installation team led by Israel was there the next day and did a wonderful job and I have no more HVAC worries thank you!

The repair man showed up on time spent 30 minutes in my home telling me I needed to replace the blower motor in my air conditioner and sends me a quote for $1600. I just had the blower motor replaced with the control module for $700 all in. I’d like to know how someone can charge $1600 when it’s a $700 job. it’s absolutely disgusting. You try to take advantage of people. It literally took them one hour to make all the repairs. So explain to me how it’s $1600 for the same job that cost $700 with a two-year warranty on all the parts they replaced I highly recommend if you ever let these people in your home make sure you get multiple estimates because these guys are crooks

Nick arrived and was extremely professional. He assessed the issue and made recommendations on how to correct it. He listened to my concerns and addressed the issue and completed repairs in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Sansone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had Sansone install a water purification system which required plumbing and electrical service. The fellows who did the work were excellent and obviously knew what needed to be done. They completed the work in one session and were careful to clean up the site when they were finished. We were very pleased
