Joshua and Jesse were amazing. They were very accommodating when I had to change an appointment at the last minute and then arrived on time and were extremely professional. Rather than upsell me, they educated me and then recommended improvements to be done in the Spring. I will definitely call them in May. Kudos! I’d also like to give a shout-out to Tom and Ayden who diagnosed and returned to replace an old sink and faucet. Very efficient and incredibly kind. I’m a customer for life!

Our service with A River City Plumbing Service was fantastic from start to finish. Beginning with the receptionist, Linda, who assisted us in connecting with our servicemen was polite, friendly, and helpful. She and the rest of the staff were extremely prompt in getting us an appointment set up for the very next day after our initial call. We worked with the father and son team of Jesse and Josh for our service. Jesse and Josh were extremely thorough and solved the problem quickly and easily. In addition, they also emphasized educating me as much as possible through the process so I could understand what they were doing, why, and how to best maintain my system to prevent any future problems. I would definitely call these gentlemen again for service. They were prompt, respectful, and very knowledgable on their trade.

Tom was wonderful to work with. He knows his stuff and was very informative. Fair pricing and always on time. We definitely found a plumber we liked and will be using in the future.

River City Plumbing saved our leach system in our front yard. The pricing was reasonable and fair. The guys were professional and showed up everyday on time. They added the access piping as requested for easier access to the septic tank and leach lines. When the project was completed the guys put back our pavers and smoothed out the ground. We highly recommend River City.

Aaron and Micah were fantastic! They came out quickly to fix a leak on our main shut-off valve and did an excellent job. Both were friendly, professional, and efficient. They got right to work and had everything fixed in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend A River City Plumbing to anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

10/5 stars and 100% responsible price! I called the office around 11:30 pm and spoke with Michael. He assured me he would assist fix my emergency water leak. He went above and beyond helping me locate the water shut off. The next morning I was assisted by Jason to fix what caused my water leak. Jason was able to quickly adapt to my old pipes and the troubles they threw at him. Overall wonderful customer service and reasonable pricing for what they did for me. I 100% plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.

I called them for a last minute repair that was needed on my mom's pump house filter leak. Spoke to Alisha who was super friendly and helpful. Justin was the technician who came out and met me on the same day I called. Justin came twice to ensure the issue was going to be repaired correctly (and didn't charge any extra service fees). Justin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very fair and great at communication. Spoke to Linda in the office as well. She was friendly and helpful as well. Great company!
