During an exceptionally difficult time in my personal life, I needed to call for emergency service on a rental house we own. Justin rescheduled his whole morning to help us. A much larger problem was discovered and he has kept us informed and presented all of our options. We are now scheduled for a large job but feel safe navigating next steps with Justin. Our tenant also trusts him. I’m sure there are many competent plumbers, but the professional and KIND approach Justin has taken assures me we are in good hands. A-River City has a gem. Your tech Larry Rowe was absolutely outstanding. Pleasant person to talk with and was very careful about the interior, under the sink, no mess at all, was careful to protect everything including the floor. he even made friends with my cat Loki. Glenrose Plumbing did a super job. I had to leave town when I discovered a pipe leaking. When Bruce came out, he saw a few other problems. As instructed, I turned off the water and Heather scheduled her team to come as soon as possible upon my return. Larry and his partner did an outstanding job of getting my home back to working condition. I would not hesitate to have them again if needed. Thank you all.
