No one wakes up on Black Friday thinking, "You know what I want? A brand new hot water heater." But here we are. Adulting… truly the worse If I have to spend money I’d rather use on unnecessary gadgets, clothes, and things TikTok told me I needed, at least Luis made the pain bearable. He was knowledgeable, gave me options, and somehow managed to make me feel comfortable while I cried inside. Thank you, Luis, for walking me through the most un-fun purchase of the season. You deserve a medal. Or at least first dibs on the good Black Friday deals. I vote yall rename the company Michael, His Sons and Luis Too

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Webb from Michael and Sons, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Replaced both the upstairs and downstairs HVACs with Michael & Son ~2 months ago. I'm already on my 6th service call for these brand new units (~$27k). Downstairs unit was taking over an hour to increase the temperature by 2 degrees (it was only spitting out 77 degree air, well below the 105-115 the technician said I should be getting). The heat on the upstairs unit has had issues as well. For a while it wouldn't kick on, had to use AUX heat to keep our house at 65. First technician that came out replaced thermostat then said we needed a senior technician because he didn't know what else to do. Senior technician comes out and determines its a compressor issue. Has to order the part. Replaces it, still doesn't work, has to order a new computer board. Literally within a week of those "repairs" the upstairs unit is only spitting out 80 degree air if I'm lucky. It takes forever to warm up the house. I'm not sure what happened with the install, seemed smooth, but it's unacceptable how many service calls I've had to schedule on brand new units.

I had an outstanding experience with Joseph from Michael & Son’s Electrical. From start to finish, he was the definition of professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines great skill with such a positive attitude, but Joseph truly delivered on both. I couldn’t be happier with the results — his workmanship is top-notch, and his customer service is even better. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, ask for Joseph. Highly recommend!

It was easy to make the appointment online. There were Saturday options available which was very convenient. The technician Chase came and gave an in person quote and was able to complete the work right away, which was adding a power outlet above a fireplace where a TV will be mounted. Everything was great!

Kyal and Juliano were great. They installed a light fixture for me and added a connection for my sink disposal. Their service was completely professional. I loved that they came into my home clean and then actively cleaned up after themselves as they went. They were also both very friendly and took the time to explain everything that they did so that I could understand. Great service and I feel like I can trust them in the future.

Ronald was very professional when coming out to my home for mitigation services. He was a really nice and approachable person. As an employee he told me what he was doing. My problem was not with him but the company as a whole because I could never get any kind of person in charge to answer needed questions. I was told several times not to worry that they would handle working with my insurance but they never did. The work they came to do was never completed. I was left with a job half done and a bill.
