Don't make assumptions based on a business name. I was skeptical about the name when I had a major plumbing job that needed to be done. Main Line out to the street. But the reviews pushed me to call and I am glad I did. This is a 3 generation company and the great service starts with the first phone call and goes up from there. The job site was my 84-year-old mothers' house and they took great pains to make sure she knew everything that was happening, including not minding her videoing to keep me in the loop. They came out, gave a free estimate, and explained everything. When a change needed to be made to the estimate they came in with a below retail cost on the additional work (the additional was in line with what needed to be done and could not have been seen prior to starting the job). They were professional, on time, and very courteous. They made sure we had all the documentation needed for the subcontract work so there was no worry of liens. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Outstanding service, Bryan Was very professional, seemed to be intelligent and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He ordered the part that we needed, installed it and our furnace was working right away. He also fixed our hot water heater and did a great job. I can tell that he cares about people and fixing problems. He took pride in helping us. We will definitely be using this company going forward.

Update to my original review of September 10, 2021. I had given two stars because on amount charged. The job was to unclog a kitchen sink. The service was excellent but the price I believed was unfair for time worked. The owner personally contacted me and did concur that price I payed was in error. Owner did give me a refund that was completely fair. Service done was excellent and price was adjusted fairly. I now give 5 stars and recommend $25 Dollar plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Brandon was great, he called when he was on his way, found the issue with my air conditioning unit quickly and repaired it. I was very happy with the response time also.

The guys were professional and clean. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They handled my problems in a timely and efficient manner. Glad I went with 25 dollar plumbing.
