I had a fantastic experience with this family-owned and operated plumbing company. They were incredibly easy to work with from the start. Rick answered the phone right away and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He arrived early, was very communicative about his arrival time, and did a great job replacing a bathroom faucet. What really stood out was his willingness to take time to look at a few other issues in my home before heading to his next job—and he didn’t charge me for the additional work. Very kind, honest, and clearly operates with strong, conservative values. I truly appreciate the integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Man, where do I start? We found a leak in our guest bedroom. We called our home warranty company, which sent out their plumber to visits in two days later. They couldn’t figure out where the leak was and all they kept saying it was a slab leak so I decided to call to get another Opinion the second plumber told us it was a slab leak and they would cost us $5900 which I am not a plumber so I was OK with that. I don’t know the prices of any repairs but he kept saying that that might not be the issue and they might have to jackhammer into our kitchen because the leak was not in the guest bedroom but in the kitchen so we were referred to Williams Plumbing here comes Rick doing his due diligence, checking every single faucet every single bathroom every single tub to make sure that the leak was in fact coming from the guest bedroom or coming from the kitchen. Rick explained everything that he was going to do and Rick gave me a fair and honest price. Rick was super Helpful I hope I don’t have to use them again, but I know that if I have a leak, I’m in good hands with Williams Plumbing. And he gave my kids toilet seat candy lol

I would give 10 stars if I could! I had an issue with a facet on outside of home that would not turn on, and instead of charging me several hundred to fix it (would entail some major work), he gave me an alternative solution, which worked me for me! I appreciated his honesty (actually on two separate fixes!)! He was quick to respond and took his time trying to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend Rick (and I did!) to anyone needing an exceptional and honest plumber! Thank you Rick!

We had our toilet fixed by Rick and he came and fixed it quickly! Thank you! We will definitely use him again! 10/31- I had Rick come out again to fix a stripped shower cartridge and he got the job done! Affordable and super nice man. We will dedicate use Rick for all of our plumbing needs!
