Issue was explained, the price worked, asked when he could schedule the job..."Right now" was the reply. Overflow issue fixed- RIGHT-the FIRST time. No upsells or scare tactics. Just an honest plumber. Will be our go-to from now on.

Mike did a great job. He found the problem with my sink drain easily & found another reason there was a leak. He fixed both in no time. He’s very easy to talk to, professional & he made no attempt to sell anything I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend Mike. He’s a good guy.

Mike did a great job clearing a drain pipe that went deep into my house. I also appreciated the education he gave me on preventing it in the future. I also had him replace a toilet shut-off valve and front yard spigot that was leaking. He did all this well and very fast. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing repairs.

I called on Friday morning because our water heater was leaking. Mike came by in the afternoon. He was able to replace it the very same day. Not only did Mike replace the water heater but installed the electric cut off switch, replaced the pipes, and installed the new Flood stop alarm. I had a minor plumbing emergency. I called and got an appointment for the next day. I got a text and email confirmation and a text when the plumber was on his way (in the scheduled window). After diagnosing the issue, he fixed it with equipment in his van. This all took about 40 minutes. I'm a new and satisfied customer. I would call Plumbing Pros again.
