Woodfin installed a Generac Generator 26K. The entire process from application to installation was done smoothly, professionally, and timely. All of their workers were extremely helpful and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a greater team of installers. Once it was noted that I am a Disabled Veteran, it seemed their pride of service kicked in even more. Thank you Woodfin, I am satisfied.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just had the most pleasant experience with woodfin, from the call center to the electrician, it was phenomenal! I work in property management and knew something wasn’t right with my electrical in my home. I reached out to the electricians we use at work and no one was able to help me. I reached out to woodfin and they dispatched immediately and were here within an hour. The electrician, Daniel was top notch along with his manager, Jacob! He was able to diagnose the issue and was out the very next morning to complete the repairs (due to requiring permits by Dominion) I’m very impressed and pleased with the customer service and work done!! They were able to cut the total bill in half as the full box replacement wasn’t necessary after all! Very honest and genuine people!! Thank you so much!!

Mitch Anderson was terrific installing my whole-house surge protector today. Knowledgeable, personable, efficient. He explained my options clearly and then did exactly what he promised. Was able to install it same day. And then explained how to monitor it. Spent a lot of time with me. Would be happy to work with him again. We’ve used Woodfin for HVAC, gas line install and now electrical. You might find cheaper but you won’t find better or more trustworthy.

Had Anthony come out and service my gas fireplace. He did a fantastic job. He explained and answered questions that I had . He was very professional. Definitely knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him. !!!!!!!! GREAT JOB

A week or so ago I had my new HVAC system's yearly maintenance service (I have had the system for one year) as part of my contract. I was so happy with the team that came to my home. Damian and Whaki were on time, kept the utility room clean, and actually left it looking better than they found it! They were very conscientious about using their 'booties' to cover their shoes when they needed to walk in the house--many times--and were very helpful in answering questions I had. It was a delightful and stress-free experience.

Water heater went out called Woodfin the receptionist was evasive and had little information. The installer(s) were professional, but not only was I grossly overcharged but never received an invoice from them. We have hot water, but unless you want to pay Almost four thousand for a water heater installation, I would not recommend

We had an emergency service because of a clog that made the water back up into all the toilets and tub/shower in the back of the house. Our technician, Sean C, was very courteous, made sure to wear shoe covers on over our carpeted floors, gave us detailed updates every step of the way. My family and I felt well informed and assured before, during, and after the emergency service. He did an exemplary job and we were impressed by his professionalism, effort, and dedication. We are so glad that Mr. Sean C. was our technician. Thank you so much. We appreciate it!
