Eric and his crew are helping me on a bigger project but I also needed gas lines moved and they were more than happy to do that as well. Working with the city of Austin / Texas Gas wasn’t quite as easy and it’s been over a week waiting to get an inspection set up.. all while I’ve been without gas… or hot water! Eric went down to their offices and sat for hours until he got me on the schedule for an inspection that is now happening tomorrow. I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and this situation and I appreciate them! Easy team to work with and I’ll give them my business again for sure!

We called them out a few years ago for a big leak at the water main on our house, and just now to check out a suspected leak from our washing machine. Both times, ET was very professional and straightforward. Their pricing is also reasonable. Would recommend!

We had a difficult sewer issue. ET responded quickly and was there same day. It was a multi day fix that continually evolved, but they made sure to leave with everything in a useable state at the end of each day. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and polite. I’m happy with the end product and the level of communication along the way. Seems like a smaller family owned company. Would recommend.
