I would give a negative 10 if that was a possibility. Worst experience ever with Aaron! I hired him to disconnect the waterline for my fridge as I bought a new fridge without water or ice maker. He went off to get a part he said and it took him 4 hours to get back and then he spent half hour and said it was done and invoiced us over $300. My refrigerator arrived next day and when the delivery guys came they found that the water was not disconnected. So they delivered the fridge, but didn’t haul away the old fridge (I paid for that service) and now I had one new fridge in my living room and old one in the kitchen. Then I also found that my washing machine that was next to the kitchen shutoff valve got tampered with and now my washing machine won’t drain and spin. I called him back and he told me he was coming to fix it. He told me he was 10 minutes away and the 10 minutes became a day later and 2 days later and then I gave up. 3 days later he said he was parking in the garage across my street - a two minute walk at most or an 5 minute walk for people with mobility issues. He took whole 45 minutes to get to my condo. He disconnected the fridge after again disappearing for over an hour to find a part it seems and comes back at 11 pm fixes the problem and leaves. Now I find that there is no hot water coming from any faucet. He then sends me a rude message this morning about my attitude. Wow! Some nerve he has. Now I have called someone else to come check the guy’s work. I have to pay them another 300 dollars! PLEASE NEVER NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS GUY !!! He has no knowledge of plumbing and absolutely no sense of time.

I hired him to install a new toilet. After he had left, I noticed that the toilet was not flush with the floor; it moved when you sat on it. I contacted him to come and fix it since he offers a 1 year warranty. He has stood me up 3 times. Then he contacted me to come out and fix the problem. I agreed and he stood me up again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Guys! We originally called another company and were quoted over 4k to have a water heater installed and replaced. The Plumbing Guys were very specific about their pricing and charged less than 1k!!!! They did a professional and quick job for us. I would only use Aaron, Ricky and their team for all future plumbing problems. Great job guys! Christine and Jim Lodestro

FRAUD! AVOID! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I would rather to rate 0 star if possible. Aaron came to my place and found plumbing leak. He used a tap to seal the leaking area and asked us to buy a new one. He charged $280 and said that he would come back and install the new pump for us within 90 days. We trusted him and paid him by Venmo. However, after the new pump was delivered and we tried to schedule a time with him every single day during a week, Aaron always postponed, kept lying, then not responding my message anymore and never showed up. When we called him to check the time. He swore at us and threaten that he knew our address.. That's ridiculous! We heard another neighbor complaining about him as well. Now he has been blacklisted in our community. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I can always count on The Plumbing Guys for my emergency or well needed Plumbing needs. Cesar is very informative when it comes ro fix something. He explains what he will be doing and always does a great job. Plus Prices are reasonable. We will defenetly keep contacting then. Keep up the good work.

These guys are a complete ripoff ! I suggest calling roto rooter, you will save at least a $100.00. They charged me $250. to clear over flow drain and roto rooter only charged $80.00. My wife was home and she didn't know better so these guys took advantage of that.

The Plumbing Guys came on time took care of the problem and put everything back together in the same day. Very professional for a decent price. I would definitely use these guys again. Thanks guys
