Anthony Diaz was the plumber who helped us in need. I cannot say enough positive remarks about him or the the service. Anthony arrived promptly even though it was late at night. His attitude was polite and thoughtful. The entire time he was in my home he listened to make sure the problem was solved fully. He considered details I had not. I was entertaining a guest and he made the process simple and was flexible for the circumstances. Anthony fixed the issue fully. And our plumbing works better than before. I was genuinely downcast when he left since he added a confident glow and happy atmosphere to my home. Again while late at night he commented that he had another job. It was around the holidays and I swore it felt like he was spreading holiday cheer as he solved the plumbing problems of his clients. Thank you Anthony!

David from Rooter Hero was great. He communicated perfectly and did a super professional job of clearing the kitchen drain taking extra precautions to keep the area totally clean. I believe he also identified the true cause of why I kept needing the cleaning and of course when it comes to solving that, I'll be contacting him again.

Cody Riachy with Rooter Hero Plumbing is a great friendly guy and did a great job clearing the clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe on Thanks Giving day. We were hosting for the family and without the help of Cody and Rooter Hero Plumbing it would have been a disastrous day. Cody is fantastic! My kitchen sink was clogged badly. We tried everything we could but water still didn't go through. I referred by my neighbors about Rooter Hero plumbing and hero Cody came shortly after my call and fixed my problems. He used a snake from outside of my house and cleared the clog. I even didn't know there is an opening to use for this purposes and the previous plumbers didn't even try. Cody is very professional and knowledgable. He completely fixed my sink clog problem and did a thorough test to make sure everything is fine. The price is also very good. Highly recommended.
