Micheal came out today and fixed my broken faucet issue. I had not used him first as I had a history w another plumbing, heating, electrical company. They required 1/2 down and promised to be back as soon as the water in the crawl space was dried. Then they weren’t available for several days and proposed an astronomical cost fix. My neighbor saw I was having trouble and she said I should call Crown Plumbing. Now I’ll never use anyone but them and my family who all own their own homes also now have his number. Hot water leaking from the pressure relief valve on the 6+ year old water heater. Sal showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional. After a quick once-over, he verified the water pressure into the house at the main line in. He then diagnosed the issue with the existing pressure release valve and was able to make a quick repair with no parts required. Would definitely call for this guy again.

We contacted Crown Plumbing after experiencing a drain backup in our bathrooms. While other plumbers would just hydro-jet your drain line regardless of the condition of your drain pipes, they inspected our main drain and diagnosed various issues, including root damage and partial collapse due to rusting. They replaced our main drain and dug underground to avoid breaking the bathroom tiles! Luis led a team of very experienced plumbers throughout the whole project. Luis was very helpful and transparent about the status and pros and cons of the job. He also provided confidence and great customer service.
