Apple has been great! I have used them at 2 home sites and they have been prompt and helpful at both. Brandon and Grant were both thorough and friendly. I needed a detailed explanation of work that was completed and a quote for future needs and they were willing to go above and beyond to write it up. The team in the office are great as well. Easy to reach and set up needed services. Will gladly use them again!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Apple Plumbing for 38 years since moving to Scottsdale from the Boston are. We have had toilets replaced, water heaters, kitchen faucet, and water softener installed. Their technicians are professionals of high competence. The office staff are courteous and very customer-oriented. Their prices are competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Apple for whatever plumping needs you may have.

We had an unfortunate incident where one of our children pulled on the water hose and cracked the copper pipe nearly flush against the wall. This meant I had to shut off water to the entire house. Not the best when you've got 4 children who absolutely need to bathe every day. Not to mention our COVID-inspired hand washing routine. I gave Apple Plumbing a call and spoke with Haley, who was very kind and completely understanding of the urgency we faced. With the water off, I was hoping they could send someone out by the next day. Instead, someone was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. Once they determined what was needed, my pipe was repaired in record time. From the time I called to when the job was finished was probably barely 2 hours total. So thankful for their prompt response and consideration of our emergency. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable rates.

Brandon not only unclogged my drain efficiently but also took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. We are remodeling our kitchen and needed the pipes under the sink moved. We also wanted the main line hydro-jetted. Dammon came out and was tremendous. Extremely knowledgeable, offered suggestions and did and amazing job. I've used Apple Plumbing a few times now and regularly recommend them to friends and family.

Great professional service and have been using them for many years and never had any problems. They show up on time and complete the job in timely fashion, explain everything needs to be done before performing the repair. The only complaint I have that they have raised their labor prices significantly. I have used them many times in past and they normally charged for the same service between $125 to $175 I understand everything has gone up since COVID but not almost three times more. It does not make sense, just changing a kitchen faucet, I paid $329 for just labor, no parts which only took less than one hour. A doctor does not even get paid this much.
