I needed a new toilet installed and was nervous about hiring someone to do it. Royal Rooter sent a technician who was knowledgeable and professional. He installed the toilet quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up after himself. It was a bit more than I expected to pay, but the service was top-notch. I'd definitely use them again - most companies in Seattle don't even return calls, let alone provide great service! Plumber Joel is the best!!

Our kitchen sink was draining slowly. My husband tried clearing it himself but couldn’t break through, so we called Royal Rooter after seeing their great reviews. Joel and Mark showed up within an hour! After running a camera, they found our 150+ year old cast iron pipes were completely corroded—no wonder we couldn’t clear the clog. They walked us through options and were honest that the least expensive fix (replacing the corroded section of the cast iron pipe) was all we needed. They fit us in the same day and got right to work. Throughout, they were efficient, conscientious, communicative, and kind. Normally I’d never post photos of our unfinished basement, but their work was so solid I wanted to share before-and-after shots. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll absolutely call Royal Rooter back. Great service, great people, great company.

The technician was professional and efficient, and even showed me how to fix it myself next time. It was a bit pricey, but l'd do it again in a heartbeat. Most plumbing companies in Seattle don't even bother calling back, let alone showing up on time. Royal Rooter is a breath of fresh air!

I'm still shaking my head in amazement after last night's emergency. Water was spraying everywhere in my garage at 2 am, and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I was getting desperate. Then I found Royal Rooter - they claimed to be available 24/7, and I thought, why not? I'm so glad I called them. Joel showed up 40 minutes later, shut off the water, and even replaced the valve. I was blown away by the service. As a senior, I appreciate when people take the time to talk to me and explain things clearly. Royal Rooter truly treated me like royalty. Their office might be in Pioneer Square, but they came all the way to Queen Anne to help me out. If you're looking for reliable and friendly service, look no further than Royal Rooter. Yo, shoutout to Jose and Royal Rooter for saving my hide in Queen Anne last week. I came home after work and my kitchen was basically a splash zone. turns out the supply line under the sink just gave out completely. I tried the ol’ "YouTube fix," but nah, it was way above my pay grade. I called Royal Rooter and they actually picked up right away. Jose pulled up faster than my UberEats order and had everything handled hella smooth. He explained everything to me like I was a human, didn’t try to upsell, and even cleaned up the mess better than I expected. You could tell they actually care. Big-time recommend if you’re in the city and need a legit plumber who won’t ghost you. This is my go-to crew from here on out.

My experience with this company has been a delight as they provide services at a fair price, and acted swiftly on patching up a broken pipe in the wall that was allowing rodents to enter my home. As well as installing a one way valve to prevent future rodents from using my sewage pipes to enter my home. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend them if you are seeking a trustworthy plumber that will execute the job as soon as feasibly possible, and will walk you through the process to understand the work they are doing.
