Had the kitchen sink disconnected in preparation for installing new granite. Everything went well. They were friendly, quick, and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and efficient. They came back and reconnected the kitchen sink. Same efficient and professional friendly service. Very pleased with Schlueter Plumbing. They always do a great job!

I had four sink drains replaced with pop-ups. This is the second time I have used Schulueter (previously for toilet repair) and will continue to use them as my go-to plumbers. They are professional, skilled and efficient. Their pricing is comparable to others. Their service is better.

Schlueter replaced one leaking toilet shutoff valve and charged over $400. The toilet was already removed and there were no surprises so it took the plumber only 20 minutes. We got another plumbing company to do the same work in another bathroom, and they charged less than $150. Schlueter also gave a proposal for some other work (moving washing machine hookups, capping some unused pipes), and their estimate was 4X the two other bids we received. We obviously went with a more reasonably priced plumbing company. Schlueter's work quality was okay, but we will not use them again. UPDATE: Schlueter reached out quickly after seeing this review. I greatly appreciate their customer service and willingness to correct the situation.

Have used them on several occasions, never had a problem. We highly recommend Schlueter Plumbing. For today they had to disconnect kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal so we can put in a new countertops. Schlueter will return after the installation of countertops and reinstall all plumbing fixture. On Oct 2,2025. Returned today Oct 2 to finish putting in the new faucet after we had new granite installed. Everything was done with care and installation complete. We thank Tyler for the beautful work, and care in taking care of our upgrade. We have been using Schlueter Plumbing for more than 15 years for all of our plumbing issues and have never had a problem. Good guys. Did the job right. Located the vintage parts required to make a repair versus a complete bathroom reno at a very inconvenient time! Both guys on site were great, professional, trustworthy. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was professional.

I had the unfortunate experience of contracting Schlueter Plumbing for my toilet replacement. They offer 1 brand of toilet "off the truck." A entry level TOTO toilet with an install price tag of $964 which included an insulting discount of $20. Of course you can buy your own toilet and they can install, but that only comes with a 30 day limited warranty. They do not offer any other brands of toilet other than the upscale TOTO brand. And they put a plastic Bevis seat and lid on this high priced shitter! Apparently the seat that comes on this upscale toilet is deemed too expensive. Chat GPT prices this toilet at $250-$300. Save your time and avoid this company unless you want to spend $1000 on a toilet. This is far from a consumer friendly company.
