We had AC stop working in one of the hottest weeks in early July this summer (2025) and Waterbury technician came out (Chelsea), told us we needed a new system and then shortly thereafter (3 days or so with 4th of July being in that period), we had one of the partners, Gary Black, come out and quote us a price on Best, better, good pricing for new furnace/AC, using COSTO program of rebate, discount. ( We had heard of COSTCO rebate program by neighbor, who heard it from Chelsea, technician). Gary even brought us a temporary floor based AC unit that immediately provided cooling relief. Our 32 year old furnace was working, but likely needed replacement soon. We went with Waterbury, solid reputation, installed our water heater 8 years ago quickly. We are happy with fast and efficient install on July 14, 2025, in time before we left for a week to the Black Hills. Highly recommend this company. Trustworthy. Still awaiting our final electrical inspection, as they are using electrical contractor for this part due to heavy volume with their own electricians. Also nice to know that super efficient HVAC we purchased will qualify for $600 federal tax credit on 2025 tax returns. The Costco rebate (we are members already) appears as credit loaded onto "Costco Shop Card" and very easy to use. This is electronic card, thus just show email and easy peasy redemption at check out line. We are happy with the system.

Fantastic business. I've used them several times over the years for a variety of issues and have never been disappointed. From their technicians to their office people, everyone has been knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and honest. Other companies have tried to do the job with temporary patches to keep the work going, or downplay the severity of the problem. Waterbury has always been upfront and honest with, telling me when something can be fixed completely, or if the issue needs a full replacement. Their office people have always done an excellent job of explaining exactly what needs to be done, how it will be done, and how much it will cost. No hidden fees or surprises on the bill. I'll always go to them for any kind of issues I may have and always recommend them to anyone who is looking. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you!

The entire staff at Waterbury was amazing to work with. From Holly and Brandon in the office, to all of their employees in the field; they were all professional. Working in home remodeling, I know there are a lot of options when it comes to plumbers. I called out multiple companies to bid my basement bathroom addition, and they came in with the most reasonable bid for my project. What I thought was going to be a relatively simple task, turned into a much bigger project than I had originally anticipated. Their entire team was extremely helpful and explained everything step by step which made my wife and I very comfortable with the process. Joe and shake were extremely polite and when it comes to inviting companies into my home, I am very cognizant of who I hire as they will be around my family. I also had them do my exhaust fan venting and I coincidentally got assigned a past customer of mine as my HVAC installer. Jim was very professional and worked through the challenges very effectively. I am extremely pleased with their work, timeliness, and communication above all. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them back for any other plumbing/HVAC work I need done.

The service man went above and beyond. For some reason, my phone wasn’t working and he tried six times and it went straight to voicemail. Then he went to the address which they gave him 1st Avenue instead of 1st Street. He was bound and determined to get this fixed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving! Great job!

Waterbury did an amazing job, their scheduling process was easy, the technician (Wade) was friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, gave us great info on the remaining lifespan of our AC unit. He also walked us through what the issue was after diagnosing and fixing it. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

Jacob did a great job. He informed us of all he would do and quoted the price. Jacob was friendly and got the job done. Our old waterheater broke at the bottom, thank goodness I was home and shut the valve off above. Called Waterbury at 6am. Received a call back from service and he relayed message to office and the gal from the office was able to set up a time that day for service. Waterbury has been our go to service for 20 plus years. Billy came out and fixed our water heater. I Called at 8 am and he was here by 8:50 am. Quick arrival, very knowledgeable. Was done in less than an hour and so friendly. Top notch service and I would highly recommend Billy and Waterbury!!!
