Do not hire this company. Our initial quote ended up thousands higher than expected, and their work was extremely inconsistent. What should have been a project of less than 2 months turned into more than 4 months due entirely to their delays. We have had plumbing issues already and have hired another Plummer to fix it. The framing company they recommended was extremely frustrated. Several times, the framers arrived ready to work, but the plumbers hadn’t finished what they needed to, wasting entire days and delaying the project further. Communication was terrible. They never provided a proper schedule, showed up randomly, and frequently arrived hours later than promised, completely ruining our plans. On top of that, they left a dirty paper floor "rug" behind, promised to replace it because we have an infant, and never did. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. They caused delays for multiple contractors, left a mess, and broke promises. Save yourself the headache—do not hire them.

As a young-ish homeowner with an old house in an expensive world, it’s hard to find companies where you don’t feel like they’re just going to take your money and run. This didn’t feel that way. They stand behind their work and that makes all the difference. Matt and Jimmy were professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to & Eliza in the office was personable and kind in coordinating everything. I’ve been looking for a plumbing and heating company I could trust to be my go-to throughout my time in this house and I feel like their company is it...and you have no idea what a relief that is!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The the workmanship was extremely disappointing. Several parts of the job were done carelessly — fixtures were installed unevenly, connections weren’t properly sealed, and I had to bring in another plumber afterward to correct leaks and poor installation.

I've had CJ's do some work at my home a couple of times now. First was to replumb the kitchen sink after we replaced our countertops. More recently, our laundry drain backed up and required some re-plumbing. The guys came out as scheduled and completed a perfect job that got us back up and running. On both occasions the work was quick, complete, and price more than fair. With more and more home service companies now being scooped up by private equity and looking to empty your bank account for the smallest of jobs, it's good to have a trustworthy company with real people to call on.

Terrible service. Over promised and very much under-delivered. Being unreliable for when to show up was the worst part I understand this kind of work can be unpredictable but I was just gaslighted when I asked why something simple was taking way too long. I finally had to re - do everything with someone else who got things done in like half the time lol.

Would not recommend to anyone. Very unreliable, inconsistent, and not professional. They say one thing and do another. Ended up having more issues after they took 4 months instead of 2 and hired a different company to fix their mistakes.

They replaced 2 oil tanks and 2 boilers in my home, they are responsive and reliable. Very pleased with our service & would recommend
