Mainstream is AMAZING! Special shout out to Dan the Electrician and Johnny was super sweet. Kendal was great every single contractor was amazing. I will preface my saying I dont have a lot. I also have severe ADHD. It took me years to settle my career on my own, and raise two kids. I eventually had to move from my Rental. That was Ok, i had a job now so, I bought a house. It had knob and tube wiring. I did not care. I bought it because it was in my price range (not much was) and it was close to school. It passed inspection. I needed this. Fast forward today (years later). I NEED central A/C and the furnace im sure needs replaced. But also, the knob and tubes, gotta go. Whom you gonna call for this tripple threat?? Mainstream. They fell perfect as far as quotes (I got more than one), not to mention the wiring. I need someone who can do it all; I cant be dealing with multiple contacts/contractors. They got me financed and sold; and an expert electrician (Dan) to fix EVERYTHING (electric). Dan came in on a day it was 100. In my house it was well over 90. He did not leave until I was hooked up and the temp was below 80 inside. Im so happy and proud right now. They did everything I asked and more. They also worked with my schedule; I am a banker, and we acquired (this is acquisition week) another bank, meaning I HAVE to be at work right now. Long story short, just make it easy and call Mainstream 😉 If it wasnt gross, I would hug you all!!

Jay and Riley came by today to fix our plumbing issue.They were both very professional and very pleasant to speak with. They explained everything well, and the pricing seemed very fair. My issue was resolved quickly and very cost effectively. I would highly recommend Mainstream plumbing for any issues that you might have. Jay and Riley represent Mainstream plumbing in a very positive way. Thank you again for making my holiday season less stressful!

Received a prompt call from Jaymin J. sharing he was on the way to the house. When coming in and out of our home he wore booties to protect flooring and carpeting. Thanks. The basement toliet and shower were plugged and backing up water. Once the assement was completed he reviewed the worked required and the cost to complete the service. Later a supervisor came to review the work completed and he had a camera to inspect the completed work done and then reviewed with me if I had any questions or concerns. My wife and I appreciate the great service today and highly recommend Mainstream plumbing. Thanks guys.

Mainstream is fantastic. They sent several crews to ensure they could complete the replacement of our full electric system in 1 day. They were friendly, efficient and worked well together. Our dog loved them too!!

We had our toilets and showers back up, of course, on a Sunday. I called around to get bids for drain cleaning, but all of the local plumbing companies were either closed or had after hours pricing. I have to be honest; I assumed Mainstream would have been the most expensive because of all their commercials and nice vehicles, but I was wrong. After getting high on-call and after-hours bids, I looked at Mainstream just so I could do my due diligence. I was pleasantly surprised they did not charge me extra for the weekend and they had a guy out that afternoon. They bid me "$83 or it's free" for drain cleaning. Unfortunately, they were unable to clear my line because I had worse problems. The supervisor Tye came out the next day with the camera and found a break in my sewer line. The recommended the "Jetter" to clear the line and assess the damage. It was later determined I had a break and required them to dig in my front yard to fix it. I was so nervous because I was afraid, they would damage my yard. The guys did such a great job and were so careful as to not hurt my grass with the excavator. They had special little plates they drove on to protect the ground, and they used canvas tarps for the dirt. Because I had to have a bigger fix, Mainstream reimbursed me for all the prior work they did. I also was pleased with Mainstreams' policy about fixing sprinkler lines. The guys did break one of my lines but repaired it. Although I wish I never have to go through this again, I was pleased with the work they did, but more importantly, the kindness and professionalism of every one of the crew members. Special shout out to all the guys, especially Tye and Nathan. My only complaint about Mainstream is the dispatch. They did not keep me very informed about when the crews would be there for the work, they would just tell me like a half hour before they arrived. It made my daily plans more difficult because of the lack of communication.

Ethan and Liam were here last week to replace our electrical panel and set up a dedicated circuit for our new sauna. I honestly cannot say that I have ever had such professional technicians in our home. They were here for a very long workday, and they worked almost continuously. They even solved a couple of problems we didn't know we had with our wiring. And they worked well together and seemed to enjoy the work. Really, they were terrific!! Highly recommend!! I'm editing this review because the week after the electrical panel was installed, we decided to have Mainstream try to figure out why our outside drain was draining so slowly under the house. Pierce F came out, and we so appreciated his diligence in trying to get to the root of the problem. He explained what he thought was going on and short of jackhammering the floor to get down to the line, he did everything he could to clear any lines that were tied to the main drain. We're confident that the slow drain, while faster, won't cause us any problems. Thank you once again, Mainstream! You have the best crews!

Had the best experience with the Mainstream crew that came out to diagnose the problem with my furnace and then promptly and professionally provided me with options. No pressure, just honest and very informative feedback. Adam, Brock, Jacob and Justin were so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous throughout the process of purchasing and installing my new furnace. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them!
