Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a bad kitchen sink drain clog. I called Roto Rooter of Spokane Valley and I had two guys at my doorstep within 2 hours. Ryan and Ryan were very quick at their work, fixed my clog, and even re-configured my P-trap to stop leaking. These guys are great! I thought the price was high, until I got an estimate from a competitor that came in $200 more than Roto Rooter. They also included a bottle of a solution to help keep my pipes clean in the future. DON'T HESITATE, CALL ROTO ROOTER!!! You can spend half your morning calling around only to find others who can come out and give you a free estimate and then schedule a repair. Roto Rooter gave me a fair quote over the phone, and that's what I was charged. I am now a huge fan of Roto-Rooter, and NO I am not paid by them. This review is totally legit and is being left by a satisfied customer who got his clog fixed. Best money I ever spent!

Roto Rooter did an excellent job helping us in a time of need. They came very quick and the team was respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job diagnosing the issue which happened to be two different things, the first one being a clog that had developed. The second was an issue within the toilet itself. Roto Rooter provided a recommendation for a superior brand for replacement which we'll be installing tonight! Special thanks to Mark and his efforts troubleshooting the issue.

Ryan and Ryan (Yes, both of them!) We’re exactly what you want to show up when you have a plumbing problem. They took on our job on a Saturday morning directly from another job clear across town. They had the part we needed on their truck, immediately got to work, and were clear and detailed about what they needed to do and what it would cost and how long the job would take. They worked fast, efficiently and had our sump pump up and running in an hour. We also didn’t leave feeling gouged by the price which is so nice anytime you have to call in experts to an onsite job. We will definitely use them again.

Amazing service. Coached us through everything he was doing and spent time to explain how to properly maintain what he set up. He also educated us on parts and which parts to get replaced and when. 10/10 service!

Great customer service. They identified the problem quickly and made appropriate fixes. Most importantly they didn’t waste time and they were considerate of "time is money." Thank you for the service and highly recommend to anyone. Rick and Tom are great professionals!

Tom and Rick were amazing. Punctual, professional and informative. They were happy to call me out to let me look on their screen to show me the tree roots and line breaks that were causing my issues and explained the process behind locating the breaks underground, as well as fully walking me through what will need to happen for the repair process to begin. Thanks guys, much appreciated:)

Fantastic job! Mark came out and was able to fix our toilet within less than 10 minutes and was able to diagnose exactly what was wrong. He worked fast and efficiently and now our plumbing is working great! Fantastic service and he was extremely kind
