Excellent customer service. They responded quickly and scheduled me for the next day. I also had a shutoff valve replaced. Tina had good advice about the type of faucet to get and an amazing apprentice replaced the faucet perfectly. Danny, Dan, and Jackson were fantastic to work with! When Danny came out to check my leaking water heater, he was upfront and direct with what the issue was and what needed to get fixed. They promptly got me on the schedule that week for a replacement. On the day of the replacement, they were on time, explained the job, and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend contacting Gray Duck for any plumbing needs!

From receiving a confirmation phone call within minutes of submitting my request to prompt, efficient, and friendly service. I needed my main water valves updated and sump pump repaired. Dan helped explain all my options, gave recommendations, and fully explained the process. Pricing was fully upfront and less than what I had anticipated spending! When the work was done, he also helped give me information on a few other plumbing items I would need and is helping connect me with additional resources for work outside the scope of their company. Tina saved me from a disaster of a situation. What started as a water heater replacement turned into a monster of a project because of previous installation jobs done by other companies having been poorly executed. Tina and Dan are both incredible at their trade but also very kind individuals. They will be honest and up-front about the situation, even when it is NOT pretty. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the plumbers at Gray Duck, especially Tina, I have not only a new water heater but also safe gas lines and venting attached to water heater and furnace. I am a repeat customer for a reason. Gray Duck has high standards of work as well as customer service.
