Wow! I damaged a fitting trying to repair a leak in our laundry room and needed a plumber to fix my mess and fix a few lingering issues in the house. I had a great experience with all aspects of the process - scheduling was easy, the dispatcher was responsive, Dario and David were excellent and answered all my questions, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the service and level of interaction. Highly recommend JNR!
These guys are great to work with! He came quickly, right when he said he would, and let me know when he was on his way. He was efficient, did a great job, and even cleaned up the accumulated water for us. He gave me some great advice about caring for our system. And at a reasonable price. Definitely working with them again.
Steve, David and Martin are excellent. I would highly recommend JNR. They are super knowledable and friendly. I had my water heater break and they were out within 20minutes. The install was completed quickly and the workmanship is at the highest level.
JNR is very modern and service oriented. We easily made an appointment online over the weekend which was confirmed first thing on Monday morning. Parke O'Leary was super knowledgable, professional, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and did a neat and thorough repair. Thank you Parke and JNR!
