Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a plumbing issue and Chad from Roto-Rooter was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the problem was completely resolved. On top of that, his friendly and upbeat personality made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and such a pleasure to work with—thank you, Chad, for the excellent service! Highly recommend!

The representative that worked on my sink was so professional! He was prompt, communicative, kind and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I don’t have anything to compare the price to so could have been overcharged for all I know but personally felt like a worth it price to me as my experience was so great.

Aris was accompanied by Fernando came out to my house. Aris called me and noticed that my appointment was scheduled for 2 weeeks out. He said he was available and can come by today if I needed him too. They came by and helped me with getting my basement clean and disinfected. They have guys scheduled for tomorrow to get it all cleaned out. I had another company come and try to clean it but it didnt work out. So, my insurance company advised to hire a professional company to get it cleaned out. I am so happy that Aris and Fernando came out to help me with my situation. Very professional and helpful. The technician Chad was very friendly and knowledgeable. He mad sure not to make a mess. Our only slight complaint is that they showed up 2.5 hours later than our scheduled window.
