Although the city permit took a little longer than expected due to the city staff being busy, JetPipe stayed on top of the process and kept me informed throughout. Once the permit was approved, they completed the job on time and with great care. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. I highly recommend JetPipe to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing work!

He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. His experience was obvious as he immediately offered a clear solution. He was also resourceful, handling the trip to Home Depot right away to purchase the necessary parts. The repair was completed very quickly, and the pricing was fair.
