Ivan has done three plumbing jobs for us now over the last 3 years, and he is great to work with. Very responsive, does good work, and is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him, especially given plumbing is not something you want to take a chance on.

Always Excellent service! Embarrassingly, we had a new bathtub installed quite a while back (many years) that never got fully hooked up to the plumbing. Life just happens ‍♀️ I had used Patterson Plumbing in the past for a leaking pipe. "Oh, I can fix that in fifteen minutes" and he did. I knew they could help me with this much bigger problem. Anyway, Ivan Patterson fixed our frozen pipes and brought our tub back to life! Thanks guys!!!

Ivan is a real straight arrow. Called me right back and came by within an hour. Gave a very reasonable quote for my leaking toilet and stuck by it. Fixed it quickly and accurately. Never tried to upsell me on unneeded extras. Friendly and communicates well. Even took Apple Pay!

Ivan is a fabulous plumber! I have had him out to our house recently for four different issues (garbage disposal replacement, leaky sink piping, reseating a toilet with a new wax ring, and going under our house to find and then repair a leaking supply pipe). In all cases, Ivan's work was outstanding and his prices were very reasonable! We couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Had a leak at main water pipe into the house and called Ivan. He responded in 10 minutes on the phone and discussed the issue. Given the seriousness of the problem, he squeezed me into his schedule and showed up later in the same day. Took some effort but he was able to replace a section of the pipe and fixed the problem for good. Very professional and capable, and the price is fair. Ivan will be my go-to plumbing expert moving forward!
