When looking for a HVAC company the choices are endless and it can be hard to decide who to choose. Before coming across So Cal Plumbing Heating & AC we had hired 3 separate local HVAC companies and none of them could successfully fix out air flow issues. So Cal luckily came to our rescue. Not only did they come out the same day we called for an estimate, they trouble shoot to find out issue, they determined the issue and had our system fixed that same day! Their services were priced higher than the 3 other companies and we were glad to pay a little more to have the issue resolved! I just wish we found them first because it would have saved us time and the fees we paid each if the other 3 companies to unsuccessfully diagnose our AC system. We were completely in shock. The office staff was knowledgeable friendly and truly cares about resolving our AC problem. Upon the Technician arriving they called us to give us a heads up that they’d be arriving in about 10 min. Technicians appearance Clean, professional and well kept. They where very friendly to our kids and puppy as well. They were able to diagnose our AC problem quickly and had it completed quickly as well. They saved us from this hot So Cal summer heat. They came to our home to give us an estimate on a new furnace. They were arrogant and not at all professional. The first thing they did was plaster our brand new water heater with their own ridiculous bumper sticker. After an outrageous estimate, we ended up going with another company who was much more professional and considerably more reasonable. Shop around people!

Great service! From the moment I requested a tech to the final steps. Complete professionalism, timely (same day appt & response) friendly & knowledgeable technician who didn’t mind explaining to me all the steps to fix my heater. He laid out all the options and he was able to pick up a part for my old heater and return to complete the job before the day was over. He was very neat and knowledgeable. Such a fair company. I will absolutely be using them for my AC needs next.

So cal plumbing, heating and air conditioning is a great company, the employees are great, professional, caring and responsive. Our heater went out during a very cold snap and they responded very quickly to replace it even though they were very busy with other customers. The price was better than fair and their work was excellent. I’ll use this company again for sure.

So Cal was very responsive from the first call. I've dealt with two other companies and had no success with them. I must compliment the technician, Jonathan, for his attention to detail and diligent exploration to get to the problem in our furnace. The whole team was very helpful during the process of procuring parts and staying true to their committed time slots when we set them. I was very impressed all around and would highly recommend this company. They will be my go to from here on out.

We have worked with them several times previously and never had any complaints about their services. Last month we contacted them to install a new Air Conditioning unit in our office and were glad by the nominal price charged for their services. We hired them to install an exhaust fan in our house and will recommend them to everyone. You will not regret hiring them.
