Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. Eric answered the call and we couldnt have been happier. He was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions before developing a comprehensive quote. We found the services competively priced and Eric was able to complete the work the same day! Overall, the service was top notch and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others. We hired another plumbing company who came out and told us what we wanted couldn’t be done. Eduardo from WiseWay plumbing came by and had the toilets properly installed in 2 hours. My tankless water heater stopped working on a Saturday. Called a recommended guy who didn’t return my call. My nephew called Wiseguy because he saw it was local. Eduardo came right away. Did diagnostic and said they had to order the part and it would take two days, and because it was the weekend that might mean it wouldn’t come until Wednesday but they made a tentative appointment to return Monday at ten and said they’d let us know if it would be later in the week. At ten Monday he showed back up. He’d decided to drive to Fountain Valley and get the part instead of wait! That is above and beyond expectation. Water heater fixed, descaled, working great. They were awesome, on time, sent a pic and bio of the plumber coming, and Amanda in the office was super helpful. Reasonable price, great service, highly recommend this company!

I had a Moen Flo Auto Shutoff valve installed. WiseWay plumber Omar Lopez was right on schedule, professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Today, I received excellent customer service from the first call I made to make an appointment. Our technician Eric, arrived on time, covered his shoes before entering my home, and went above and beyond to fix our waterless tank. Yay, now I have hot water. We had a leak coming from the ceiling and Eric was able to identify it right away and provide us with options to take care of the leak for ~$400 and with other options that include installing a filter in your home to prevent further damage in pipes and cleaner water for your from chlorine and other chemicals for extra cost. We also had our tankless water heater flushed and maintenance done while he was here. He explained everything about the procedure and they always give you different levels of options and costs for services and let you decide what you want. Amanda and Eric are quick to respond and punctual with clear time expectations. We will use them again for future plumbing needs.
