Tonia A. Trey Edwards came to remove my old water heater that stopped working suddenly and replaced it with new and improved Tankless heater, a much smaller unit, great quality, and fancy water heater on 11/25/2025. Trey responded promptly and was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, explained costs and labor in detail and finished the job amazingly. My family and I are very pleased in doing business with CastleWorks Home Services employees and especially Trey. I spent more than I budgeted for, but it was totally worth it. Quality is my objective. There was no haggle but suggest the best solution to the problem. I took a longer shower this am after the installation. I rate them 100%+. in satisfaction. Our house encounters Slab leak twice within 9 monthes period. 1st time one section repaired on June/1/2024. total $6,053.00 May 21/2025 2nd slab leak occurred again, we took the advice by Mr. Brad Floyd re-piping the entire house for total $21,797.00. jobs completed on May 28/2025. On July 27/2025 experience hearing a popping knocking annoying noise comes out from inside the wall, at the master bedroom toilet each time when the filling value closed. call 1000 OAK plumber Multiple finally contacted Mr. Brad Floyd and Mr. Larry Cohen. Mr. Floyd stopped by 31July and on Aug 04/2025 again stopped by with Mr. Larry Cohen after inspection and per Larry's experience, he immediately indicated noise is due to a loose pipe inside the wall. Agreed will arrange technician to address the problem. unfortunately as today August 18/2025 no contact from 1000OAK plumber in regarding schedule repair time . If no action taken to fix the problem, it will eventually become serious.

We are absolutely thrilled with the meticulous, pristine, and outstanding workmanship performed by Miguel Lopez. In October 2024, we noticed a leak in our 20+ year old water heater and decided we should get a new one before it became an emergency situation. To our good fortune we came across CastleWorks Home Services. Within a few hours, Miguel Lopez met with us, analyzed our situation, provided us with a great quote, and began the job! And what a job it was! From removing and disposing of our old water heater to installing a new one, Miguel worked doggedly, meticulously, and with precision! In fact, he labored for more than five hours, working into the evening hours, to finish the job! From beginning to end, his workmanship was exceptional. A few weeks later, an inspector from the City of Chula Vista, stopped by to inspect our recently installed water heater and noted that the installation was exceedingly well done. Miguel is truly a masterful installer, an expert in his field, and thoughtful in his analysis. Moreover, we are also exceedingly glad that we purchased their Standard Install 50 gallon tall Bradford White residential eco water heater. Update: Still no call back from Castleworks on installing water heater with loose fitting causing natural gas leak. Update to my original 5 Star review, yesterday I smelt natural gas in the garage and got very concerned. I called Castleworks last night but no answer (says 24x7 but I guess not), got an automated machine that said to call the gas company. So at 8:30 pm I called So-Cal Gas and they showed up within 30 minutes, found that the fitting going into the power unit was not tightened down, they put some sealant on and tightened the fitting and seems fine now. Scary experience! Castlework called this morning apologizing and I asked them to escalate to a Manager and to have them call me back, nothing yet. Too bad, it was an overall great experience initially, the customer service rep tried telling me that everything was done fine and it was all tested before the technician left, but how can that be if the fitting was able to removed by hand? Will wait and see what resolution they provide. Just warn future customers to make sure everything is tightened up before they leave and show you that no natural gas is leaking. It was likely a small leak that was not detectable as the garage door was open while the initial work was being done. Their service should include coming back 1-3 days after install to verify everything is okay.

Technician Andres Z did a great work today so as the company he worked with. He patiently waited for more than half an hour because I have to do a quick errand. He explained thoroughly the work to be done like what caused the water leak, how to prevent it from happening again in the future, packages offered by the company, tested our water ph levels and the health benefits of drinking alkaline water. He represented his company well by providing exceptional customer service. Finished the job within 3 hours. Customer representative Emmanuel and Vanessa also provided professional customer service. Alex from CastleWorks was excellent in all aspects of our interaction. He helped us fully understand our choices for a new water heater when ours failed. Alex did not try to sell or upsell. Instead he explained and patiently addressed every concern. He was attentive to every detail as he worked and showed an exceptional level of skill. (The water heater is in a closet without much space to maneuver.) In addition, he was very meticulous about respecting the area surrounding the new tankless heater and cleaned up perfectly. His communication with the office was very productive and helpful. Alex was careful to always give a correct answer and would verify with the company. The office was also very helpful and kind to me. Based on how well everything went, I’m delighted to give five stars plus for CastleWorks.
