Yochim Plumbing & Water Heater Repair

We have been using Yochim Plumbing & Water Heater Repair for years. Every technician has been friendly, honest, and very good. We recently had Chris out to look at our noisy furnace blower motor. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained that the issue was a worn motor bearing and detailed our repair and replacement options. Cameron later provided options for replacing our old system, explaining the benefits of a higher AFUE rating for efficiency. Their warranty is excellent.

Christian P. handled our semi-annual AC inspection and checkup with professionalism and care. He arrived on time, explained all tasks in detail, and answered all my questions. I signed up for their maintenance program after seeing the value. During my next semi-annual checkup, Frank Ramirez provided excellent service with the same professionalism. Yochim Plumbing is lucky to have technicians like them.

Ken came out to service our AC machine and he did a great job. He talked me through the issues he was seeing, like a slightly low refrigerant charge, and the actions I could take to be mindful of and care for my AC unit, such as regular filter replacement to maintain static pressure requirements. I would recommend him and Yochim Plumbing & Water Heater Repair.

I contacted Yochim Plumbing & Water Heater Repair and they called me back within an hour to schedule an appointment for the following day. The repairman was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed AC contactor relay, and provided a quote. He fixed the issue rapidly, and the AC unit has been working great. I highly recommend this company.
