Ricardo and Edwin came and did a BEAUTIFUL repipe job of my upstairs bathroom in an old house. Better than I could've ever expected. I've dealt with several plumbers after a leak and also a terrible DIYed bathroom I inherited. These guys are the absolute best and the price is so fair.

From the initial contact to the finished project, I was thoroughly pleased. The estimate was great. The communication was outstanding. They promptly arrived when scheduled. Project was completed in half the time they had planned. They noticed other issues and made recommendations, with no pressure sales. Outstanding employees and simply a wonderful experience, especially since I am 2600 miles away. I highly recommend My Plumber LLC!!!!!

My Plumber is a great company! The owner, Austin, is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and prompt to respond. The guys that come out do thorough, high quality work, are hard working and you can tell they definitely take pride in doing a job well done! I have highly recommended My Plumber to my neighbors as well!

Austin, Ricardo and the whole My Plumber team are excellent operators and plumbers. What sets them apart from other groups in my opinion was the clear communication, competitive pricing and truly professional vibe. They repiped our house, which was a challenging bid given 2 floors on a hillside. They minimized dry wall cuts and intelligently knocked it out fast and clean. High integrity group. Would recommend them.

I've used this company a few times and the plumbers are good, fast etc. No issue there. I had them come out to replace two P Traps and they were in and out in 30 minutes, there was a leak on the underside of the sink I noticed and had them go back. Total time at the house for both trips 45 minutes. They try to invoice me 630 dollars because the owner says "my trucks cost 200/hr to run". Greedy and unfair. I am no plumber but wouldn't you run the sink to check for leaks before leaving? Then if you have to come back, you charge the customer full price for another service call?

Called My Plumber when I had my main water line burst going to my house. They were out to look at it 45 minutes later, and had the crew out fixing it the next day. Super reasonable pricing unlike many other price gougers. Very friendly crew and fixed it super quick and cleaned up everything before leaving. Pipes now better than ever. Can't say enough how amazing this company was. 10/10

I had three bids for a tankless water heater swap; I went with My Plumber who were very competitive and had excellent reviews. Very thorough explanation of what to expect and prep. On installation day, Austin’s crew showed up on time and ready to go. Fast and efficient, and they cleaned up the work area well. Highly recommended!!
