Frost & Kretsch Plumbing

I called Frost & Kretsch because of their great reviews and they were able to give me an appointment between 12-2. Technician showed up and didn't introduce himself. I showed him what was going on in the basement. I explained my pipes are lined. He pulled up the cleanouts in the basement and said there's your problem the flapper was dislodge. He brought a piece of snake down and pushed it with his hands and said its flowing. He was ready to go and my husband and I said what about outside. He said there's no way of really telling unless we camera it but that is going to cost more. We told him we have a clean out in the front yard and asked him if he could check it to make sure? He took off the cover to see and the water wasn't flowing. He then snaked out to the main but told us he got 60 feet out and couldn't get past the tie. He said there's nothing else he can do and started packing up! I asked what can we do now? He said his job is finished and asked how I am paying. $229.00 later and not fixed! He then told me they could jet out the line but that was going to cost another $1300+. I asked if they could do it slow to avoid damaging the line? He said yes but left after I paid him. We are definitely not satisfied!!! I have had other plumbers out here before that didn't leave us hanging. He didn't clean up the floor by the indoor clean outs when he was done, he just got his money and left. Will not be using this company again! (My husband cleaned up the floor before I could take pictures)

Water heater went out and they had someone out the next day. Chris was not only direct and honest, but also was great with my energetic and inquisitive kids. I'd certainly consider calling again!

Our water heater went bad and they were able to get someone out and replace our tank same day. Chris was very helpful and informative. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Very thankful for his help!

Anthony C. Came out to assess the problem for us. We were having drain backups in the basement. He had the equipment on the truck to snake our sewer main. Got the drain unblocked And free of debris. Anthony was clean and professional with the task at hand. I highly recommend this company. We will be following up again with a maintenance cleaning every year from her on out. Anthony Cosio With Frost & Kretsch Plumbing came to my home and fixed my leaking bathroom sink. He was kind, respectful of me and my home and was patient when educating me about the problem and how he resolved it. He even took the time to teach me how to clean the hair trap for the sink which was an added plus! I would definitely call this company again for further plumbing needs. Thank you.

After finding water in our basement, we requested Frost & Kretsch come out to help find the source of the leak. Chris came out to take a look and was able to quickly help us find the leak: our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking down to the basement. Unfortunately it was behind our kitchen cabinets, but Chris was confident they would be able to get it resolved. After discussing the estimate, we scheduled Frost and Kretsch to come out 2 days later to do the repair. Jason was able to take care of the leaky pipe within a few hours and definitely went above and beyond. Besides replacing the leaky pipe, Jason also replaced our shoddily assembled kitchen sink lines. Overall, we were very happy with the work performed and felt we paid a great price for the amount of work that needed to be done. We would definitely go with Frost & Kretsch again for future plumbing needs.
