My mother had a leak in the basement ceiling. She called Moody and two professional gentleman Steve and Corey came. Steve found the problem immediately that it was the toliet leaking in the upstairs bathroom. Steve was very knowledgeable and Corey is following in his footsteps. Both were so kind and patient with my mom who is widowed. Thankful and grateful for kind, caring people like this. If you have any plumbing issues Moody is your company. Excellent service.

On time, courteous and made sure everything was perfect when he changed my outside faucet and that shut off valve inside. I had a wonderful experience with this company. They responded quickly when I called. The two gentlemen who came to my home were polite, professional and helpful with my questions. They wore shoe covers, put down drop cloths and cleaned up like they were never here. They even keep an eye out for my cat to make sure she wasn't sneaking out with them. The pricing was very fair and I will definitely be using their services as needed in the future.

They responded quickly and assessed the water leak source. The leak source was in a crawl space which had to be accessed through the family room floor. The plumbers and carpenter did a great job. Also the leaking pipe had to be disconnected. They engineered a new path to run the discharge pipe out the other side of house. Remember their motto: Don’t get Mad…Get Moody!!
