Novy Plumbing

I initially would have given Novy a 5 star rating because I believed he was an above the board guy. We consulted him for work back in July and paid a deposit so he could get the necessary equipment. Long story short after a change in the circumstances and a discussion with Mark it was decided we would not need the work. We wanted to be safe so we decided to monitor the situation for a couple of weeks and then if nothing changes he would refund the money minus any restocking fee (he quoted that at 30%). That was no problem because that came out to be what most would charge for a consultation anyway (he did not charge for that). My wife sent him a few text messages in the next couple of weeks letting him know that we would like to have that amount refunded and he did respond. I have now called on multiple occasions to no response. I'm not sure what my next steps will be but I would like to caution anyone using this service to be careful, I hope this is an isolated incident but I'm beginning to feel like I'm out $800.

I called Novy plumbing because I had Mr. Rooter out who told me I needed a new sewer line in my house and wanted to charge $6,000 for the work. I wanted a second opinion and Mark came out and found the problem and fixed it! And, it wasn’t a new sewer line. I had massive tree roots! He cleared the roots and got us up and running again. He is definitely very knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. Very friendly. We are so appreciative that he saved us a large amount of money ❤️

I just want to say how thankful my wife and I are for Mark at Novy Plumbing. He came through for my wife and me right before our vacation. We were in a bit of a bind, and I really needed to take a shower before our early morning flight—Our water Heater was out... he made it working again! Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Our water heater went out and I tried to switch it myself with no luck on a Saturday. Tried calling a competitor but they wouldn’t be able to come until next Wednesday. So I gave Novy Plumbing a call and he was here in about an hour. He doesn’t charge extra for working on a Saturday and did an excellent job. His prices are quite fair and he has over 30 years of experience. Thank you!

Mark Novy is an excellent plumber. Very knowledgeable. He remodeled a bathroom for us and did a fabulous job. He finished the job in a timely manner and communicated with us every step of the way. Very easy to work with. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the experience. I would highly recommend his company.

My water supply line was leaking at the shut off valves. I attempted a while back to fix this problem myself. I couldn’t. The problem came back. Mark came over and in less than an hour my problem was resolved. He’s a good communicator, talks you through the problem in ways you can understand. Has 5 certifications and knows exactly what he’s doing. You can’t go wrong. Prices are very fair as well. He understands people’s times are limited. Look at his website for more information. Mark did an amazing job. We had a valve burst and needed refitted and he came out and did it no time! Thank you so much for getting our water back and going during the cold snowy weather!
