I had a major clog that resulted in all 3 of my toilets being blocked and unable to be used. The technician that came out today, Josh Brooks did an amazing job, and he successfully cleared the lines and restored my toilets to working order. He worked diligently to diagnose the problem, performed the necessary actions to clear the lines, ensured everything was in working order, and cleaned the area before he left. He was polite and professional, he explained what he was doing throughout the process, and he answered all of my questions before he left. Root-Rooter and Arjan were awesome for us. We found a small leak in one of the pipes from our water heater and needed someone to look at it quickly. Scheduling was easy, and the follow up confirmation was quick to get our appointment set up for the next day. Arjan arrived on time and quickly took care of our issue, while explaining a lot of the ins and outs of everything without trying to make a sale. He gave us a lot of good information to make sure we knew what to keep an eye on in the future and we now know more about water heaters.
