Great Experience! Scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time to start the job. The communication was great and everything was explained in detail. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. I felt like I got a great value for the service performed. I will be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

As usual, Mac and his wife arrived on time and did a great job fixing our plumbing issues! They are super kind, professional, honest, and do great work! I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that has plumbing issues!

I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbia SC for multiple jobs in the past few years. Our home is older, and we had repairs that needed to be done in the bathroom, bathtub, and toilets. Each and every time, they have been professional, efficient, and their pricing is great. A couple years back, we had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and Mac personally came out and repaired it for us on Christmas Day. If that doesn't show you their commitment to customers, I don't know what does. GREAT TEAM.
