Purified Air did an amazing job installing our new HVAC system along with all new ductwork. The whole process was clean and organized, and they documented everything so we always knew what was going on. The system works great and the house feels comfortable everywhere now. Very professional and easy to work with.

They were thorough in checking both outdoor units, cleaned everything up, and made sure the systems are running efficiently. The technicians were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Roman was on time, very kind and extremely detailed. Had him come to make sure my systems were in working order, he gave me a clear idea of what was working and what any potential issues were. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything and even looked at an unrelated issue I had with my water heater free of charge. Will absolutely use him for anything else I need with my HVAC systems. I signed up for their membership program (2 visits per year with a number of benefits). Roman showed up with in the window he provided me with last week. He is also highly automated with text reminders, auto emailed receipts, payments, etc. Very efficient. I appreciate that. He did a thorough inspection and testing of our two units. All seems good. Hopefully I'll never have to post a review about any repair work 🙂

Very happy with service. Roman can out to my house and looked at my unit and was able to order part and fix the next day. I was kept informed of situation and status of repair. Would definitely recommend.
