PuroClean of South Wichita

David replied to my request for an estimate in a short amount of time and came to my house that same day. He detected mold and recommended a plan of action. The work was started on time and was completed in much less time than I had anticipated. I am very happy with the process and the end result. The source of the problem was found to be a crack in the sink drain line. A plumber was required to take care of that. David removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and cleaned the area of mold. Then equipment was brought in to clean the air and dry it all out before replacing the insulation and sheet rock 3 days later. David and his crew were very polite, friendly and treated my home as if it were their own. He made sure the problem was taken care of and that I was satisfied before they left the job site. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site when completed. He always responded to my emails and texts in a short amount of time. They were great to work with! I pray I never have this kind of situation again, but I know exactly who I will call if I do! PuroClean of South Wichita!

David and his team were amazing to work with. Many years of experience gave us an honest and upfront approach to what we were to expect. The job they did was thorough and professional. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about David and his team at PuroClean. From start to finish, the restoration job was handled with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. If you need restoration done right, PuroClean with David is the company to call. Highly recommended!

David and his crew were professional and kept us fully informed of what nneeded to be done. We had significant water damage in the entire lower level of our bi-level home from a failed sump pump. I highly recommend PuroClean of South Wichita and would call them again, without hesitation!

Our pipes had frozen in a vacated house my mother once lived in. Days of water leakage before a neighbor noticed it running out the front door and called us. Complete disaster! We live in Pratt and had no one to turn to. Thankfully my daughter lived in the Wichita area, had personal knowledge of David’s work and became adamant that we call him. David and his team came out that Sunday, worked all afternoon and through the night, leaving only in the morning of the next day once he had it under control. He drove back and forth from Wichita to Pratt numerous times checking his equipment and how the house was drying out. He treated our job as if we were family. His work was immaculate! He went far beyond what he had to do to make sure that the finished result was as if it had never occurred! I can not praise this man, his family, his crew and all their work ethics strongly enough! ….And I praise people sparingly. He and his team have earned it though.

Just wanted to share my experience with Puro Clean of South Wichita. PURO CLEAN a new company in Wichita. They actually show up & come prepared to do your job.
