Thank goodness for Mike at Rainier Pest Control!!!! Two summers ago I had an infestation of Black Elder Box bugs that literally covered the sunny side of my house including all my decks. . I could not open the doors I could not sit outside I could not have guests over and it ruined my summer. Mike was able to determine where they were breeding, in large part in the trunk and limbs of a massive maple tree in my yard, and his spraying and maintenance has taken care of the problem. For the past two summers, I’ve had very few of those little bugs bugging me! Thank you, Mike!

As the owner of the other local independent pest control company here in Gig Harbor, I would like to address the 8 "one star reviews" Mike, the owner of Rainier Pest Control, received today; These "reviews" were maliciously manufactured by an online scammer in a ploy to solicit a monetary ransom to have them removed. (This is unfortunately an increasingly common occurrence in the business community). I have known Mike for many years and I know him to be an honest and very hardworking individual whom takes great pride in his local small family business. And he is deeply committed to providing the very best service for his clients in our community. As his direct competitor, I feel fortunate to have such an outstanding pest control operator who shares the same values and passions for service excellency as I do. If you need pest control done right, Mike is the guy! Professional, personable and most importantly thorough! Mike was not in a hurry to spray and leave, he even worked in the attic (found a volleyball sized wasp nest) while our two month old twins were sleeping! Mike, the owner/operator of this company is a stand-up guy. He is a great communicator. He does what he says he will do by when he says he will do it.
