Jerry and John were exceptional and helped us through a very stressful situation involving water damage to our bathroom and kitchen. They were both professional, friendly and did a phenomenal job of cleanup and working around our family life. We began working with RestoPros of Pittsburgh back in Feb after noticing a water stain on our carpet. Jerry and John came out for an initial review and let us know that the external leak needed to be fixed before they could get to work. After a round of roof and siding detective work, we finally were able to move forward. They covered our hardwood floors and provided a dust / mold barrier so nothing would spread. The molding wall and insulation were removed, mold treatment applied and now we are ready to get the room redone. They were fast, clean, friendly and provided great communication, something that can't be said for every contractor or service provider today.

Jerry and John were amazing to work with during a flood in our house. They worked long hard hours until the job was done and were very concerned for our property and well-being. I have dealt with several restoration companies in multiple instances. Resto pros takes the cake. A lot of restoration companies just cut things out and don’t care about how your house goes back together. Not Resto pros, they are very clean cuts, no dust etc. These guys are timely, knowledgeable and friendly. If you have anything restoration wise that needs done to your home these guys will get your home safe, clean, and dry. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. 10/10.

Restropros is, by far, one of the very best companies that I have ever worked with. They are very professional, thorough, Knowledgeable, time sensitive and most of all extremely kind and thoughtful with the customers they are servicing. Their reassurance during my water clean up, was extremely appreciated. If there is a "clean/organized manner" in which to do any type of construction, they have it mastered. I would never hesitate to use them again. Jerry and John each had a work ethic that I had not experienced for a very long time. I also worked with Mike ( in the office). He was very helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. All of my communication with anyone in that company always produced positive results. They are definitely the company I would highly recommend without hesitation or reservation!! Quality Work!!

We worked with Jerry on a complex and stressful repair. He spoke to us clearly and helpfully, explaining his side of things very well and giving us a fair and accurate estimate. Not only was Jerry a pleasure to work with, but he also did great and timely work and treated us with tremendous professional courtesy. Without cutting corners, he was able to make decisions on our repair to save us unnecessary cost on our build back.
