This is our second experience with DRS due to water main brakes. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The first furnace They replaced was not hooked up correctly and I had to pay someone to fix it. The owner Bob is so unprofessional. He made false promises both times just to make us happy then when it’s time for the work to be done he keeps pushing it off. There is no communication and when I try to communicate he lies. He doesn’t want to ever text or email because he will not put anything in writing. I know better and when I communicated with him it was via text so I could called him out on his false promises! When I did so he was offensive and rude. I have requested a different company be put on my claim. I’m not interested in working with this company and I will not work with this company. Just we very careful who you let work in your home!

Do not hire this company by any means. Stay far away. They get to your job when they feel like it. They drag their feet and feel secured because they work with insurance companies. They will do any job that’s worth more than yours first. I have an issue that could very well spiral and cost insurance company tens of thousands more than my "small low priority" job. After complaining to them about waiting weeks just for a quote when they have already assessed the issue, they have decided to bump me down lower on the priority list. This company needs to get it together. I called another company who is now working with my insurance to at least secure the risk while they attend to other jobs related to the recent storm. (Mind you I called them well before the storm and haven’t even gotten a quote after WEEKS). So yeah, stay far away from this one. You get what you pay for.

Run, do not walk, from this company. I was assured that after a fire, the job would take "4-6 months, tops". It has now been 642 days, and we are still months from being finished. As other reviewers have mentioned; no communication, barely any work done for weeks and months on end, excuses, poor work quality, false promises, and lack of proper personnel. If you must use them, get everything in writing via email, record phone calls and in-person conversations and get an attorney - trust me, it'll be worth it. We should have gotten our attorney ages ago. Now that our attorney is on board maybe, just maybe, things will move forward - but I doubt it. Lesson learned.

This company is terrible to deal with. They have no respect for their customers nor the neighborhood in which they are working. They were rude and obnoxious to deal with. And to top it all off, the workmanship was shoddy.

I wish I could give zero stars. There is no communication. 4 months waiting for them to complete smoke damage in my home and they have done nothing. Eric was terrible to work with and when I said I was going to look for another company while waiting for them, they completely took me off their work schedule without ever telling me. Do not use them and stay away from Eric!

My insurance hired this company to itemize our contents after a house fire. It took them 2 months, they wanted us to move our motorcycles out of the home, the list is missing half of our contents, they kept pushing their cleaning products on us and were so slow with the entire process. They would show up one day but not the rest of the week. After my husband blow up on the phone with the lady running the job, she told me she was not going to listen to him anymore and hung up on me. Never heard from them again.
