I had a leak in my roof that needed immediate attention. I called and spoke with Vince and he told me he could schedule me for Monday. I asked what time and he said 7:00 am. I let my manager know and took my personal vacation time to be able to be home . Monday comes and no one shows up so I call and he did not answer and sent a text and got no response. I then have someone call from a different number and he immediately calls back. Vince then states that he said he would contact me the following week and denied ever scheduling a date and time with me. He is then asked to please send a quote so we can get this scheduled. I never received a quote or a call back to schedule. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor treatment that I received as a customer.

If you need a new roof, look no further. We noticed cracks on our stucco walls and initially had a stucco company come out for an estimate. They suggested we have our roof inspected because there was a lot of damage to our parapets. Our son recently replaced his roof so got the recommendation from him. Vince (owner) was excellent with communication and showed us all the photos of our roof which was in bad shape. He replaced our roof with a TPO membrane as well as rebuilding/stuccoing all the parapets. We live in the foothills so having a fire retardant roof is a huge plus. His crew was terrific and they left our property spotless. The work was done in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend this company.

100% kind and helpful. Vince came by and inspected my roof after a leak was identified in my house from the rain. I was given sound advice was informed of the little fixes that need to be made. RVAM owner Vince is great! He was doing a roof in my neighborhood and walked to my house and gave me a quote. He came to my house a week later and did a great job on my roof in 2 days. My roof looks great and at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with RVAM Roofing and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof for their property.

I called RVAM roofing from out of state to help my elderly father with a roof leak. There was a storm coming in that evening and Vince was able to send a crew out that day as the leak was over my father's bed. He sent me pictures via text of what the damage was and then sent me the pictures of the repairs and worked with me on my limited payment options as I am not a technical soul. Vince later came out so I could shake his hand and thank him a few weeks later and pay the final payment. Great service and the resident of the home was not disturbed at all! Thank you RVAM roofing!
