A great experience from start to finish! Our sales representative responded to our call quickly and came to visit and offer some ideas and a quote. Roofing and siding on our old garage and porches. Mike had samples of siding & roofing, offering really good products and services, we signed on. In a short time we heard from the project coordinator at Renew Home and they scheduled teams to come out. Needless to say there were 2 projects, but they kept the schedule and kept us informed each step of the projects. We are so pleased with final results, and proud to be a satisfied customer! Wayne Siding is THE best. They reviewed the designs with us, inspected the doors thoroughly and quoted a price. Three door replacements and changing a door into a window. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, all at the price they said it would be. It took them 1 1/2 consecutive days. They did not start the job, leave and come back days later to finish. These things are VERY RARE in the home improvement industry. I would not go anywhere else. They have my business for life!

Renew Home exteriors was a great company to work with. What was even more impressive about Renew was the crew that renew chose to side my house. Joe G. And his crew were very professional, Joe has a knack for attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy during the whole process. Joe was super helpful with anything I asked. We had some hail damage to our siding and we contacted Renew for a quote. They showed up on time and we went over the issues, no problems at that time. Once we decided to go with them is when we started having issues with the salesman. He was telling me one thing only to find out that wasn't happening. This went on for a few meetings, frustrated at this point I was going to cancel the job, but had already put down a deposit, UGH!!! Then along comes the measurements guy, Shawn to measure for the order. He shows up and we start talking about what is needing done from his order and what was supposed to be included, low and behold they don't agree....Shocking! I expressed my frustration with the whole ordeal to this point and he promised me that when he is on-site, everything will be good. He went back to the shop and tried to get it all figured out, he did. He came back a couple weeks later and had everything taken care of. They ordered the material. I was waiting a couple weeks to hear from them to get the start date and was waiting and waiting....I finally called to check in on the start date and they had to call the company to see if the material was ready. Not sure why I had to follow up with this, again frustration, but Finally, had a start date!!! This is when Shawn and his siding crew showed up on site, we walked the order down and everything went seamless from that point on. The project turned out awesome! We were extremely pleased with the end result, getting there was another story, but all in all, Very Happy with the workmanship and attention to detail. Kudos to Shawn and his siding crew for making everything right in the end. Thank you!

Very good work on my roof! The sales team and manager are great! They ensure to clean up and ensure the job is done right the first time!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Ray and Tommy, the two gentleman who installed an exterior storm door for us yesterday. The reason for this recognition is they took what was a very challenging task, and despite several obstacles, installed our new door absolutely beautifully. I highly recommend them for your door installation needs.
