1018 Roofing

My mom and dad paid 21,005.58 upfront in December of 2025 a 192.00 was returned for them not taking our gutters off, they waited and waited for them to come and do the roof and they kept giving excuses on why it wasn’t done yet saying they were behind. While waiting for it to be done, the roof had a major leak and caused mold all in the living room and they came and put a tarp over the door that didn’t do anything, it still leaked. My dad passed away in march and they kept giving my mom the run around well it finally got done last month after waiting all this time. She had to pay another 2000 and something and NOW there calling her saying we owe 615.00 for a depreciation. They’ve completely screwed us over for horrible service. I highly recommend finding a different company to do your roof

1018 roofing is a 100% for the people roofing company! They will do EVERYTHING in their power to work with you financially. Jacob has been completely honest, his whole team are actually in communication with each other, they make sure you get what you paid for, and just all around amazing! I will be recommending this company to any and everyone who needs their roof done!

1018 Roofing Company took some time to schedule our project. Although, I'm unsure of our initial place on their list. I think it's likely due to their focus on securing new clients and managing a heavy workload.Weather conditions also played a role in the delay. In short, don’t expect the work to be completed quickly—give it time. The crew was professional, friendly, and highly skilled, performing the job with expertise. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you so much.

Mom hired and paid $3000+ in advance for new roof in May of 2025. Delay after delay. Then notified the company of her failing health & still no roof. She passed on 9/4/2025 without having on new roof. Requested refund of the advanced payment but per the company takes a month. Pitiful.

Robert Powel and Luke did an excellent job in helping us get a new roof that needed to be replaced. We have been rejected 2 times by Allstate but they helped to get approval to replace our roof. Thanks

This company took money for supplies from insurance company and never did the job. Had to hire another roofer and they got it done within next day of calling, and we had to pay for the needed supplies. So yes they took our money and never once came to property. Can you say they were a total rip off.

They took down pymt of $3500 to buy supplies and we never saw supplies. They never showed up to fix roof of my mother in law who was ill. Do not trust these people
