Southern Roofing and Renovations

Southern Roofing installed my when they were in my neighborhood knocking on doors looking for business and saw that i had shingles that had blown off. I had several small leaks stains when I purchased home but not currently. Southern Roofing asked if they could inspect my roof and I was told that I needed a new roof because I had hail damage and wind damage shingles on my roof, Southern Roofing work with my insurance company and my insurance company Paige Southern Roofing in full to install a new roof on my home. This is the second leak on my roof since Southern Roofing installed the new roof. I have repeatedly asked for the repairs to be made only to be lied to over and over. Southern Roofing installed a tarp which stayed on the roof for 3 months but was told that they would return to repair the roof the next week. Please know that I am under warranty but for the sake of me I cannot understand why you jeopardize your reputation. It is not my nature to tear anyone down,I have given you chance after chance even the VP Davis Knight supposingly came to look at the repairs and promised to come back the nest week which is now 3 weeks ago but hasn't returned. If anyone knows who and how to contact the owner of this company please contact me. So Disappointed!

Great experience dealing with Cody & Southern Roofing & Renovations. Very professional crew. Communication was very accurate & clear, they delivered the job as quoted & agreed upon. No bait and switch tactics. They arrived & finished ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up each day before leaving. In today’s world of shady contractors, it’s nice to deal with an honest company. I would highly recommend Southern Roofing & Renovations.

They were absolutely amazing! They helped us tremendously after a tornado damaged our roof. They were super friendly and explained how everything works since we are also first time home buyers and had no idea where to begin. They got the work done fast and it’s very good quality work. For any future roofing needs, I will for sure use them. I have and will continue to recommend them to any and everyone.

Getting a new roof was the most unexpected stress free process! Ryan and JW did a great job. They did all of the communicating with the insurance company, keeping me up to date the whole time. Their crew replaced it in one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend these guys!

Two project managers came to my house , not because we had an appointment, and offered to take a look at my roof and see what needed to be done for repairs. I know my roof needs repairs. A couple days later, Ryan came back, we called the insurance company and got the claim started. I spent the next two days in the hospital and when I got home, I had some money from insurance, to pay for repairs. Not enough for a whole new roof. Ryan and Levi came back to my house and took additional pictures to send to the adjuster, showing that a new roof is needed. That was the week after my surgery/hospital stay, which was in May. Guess where we are now. We are in September, the 28th to be exact, and I have not heard back from Ryan or Levi. I have attempted to contact Ryan several times, and guess what, no response. Apparently a lot of people have had a great experience with this company, and that is wonderful. The original customer service was great, but then being ghosted is not good customer service. I will find a roofing company and have a new roof placed on my house. It just won’t be this company.

Southern Roofing and Renovations made it super easy to get the roof replaced on my summer home, which is a plus because I just didn't want to deal with any of it! These guys went above and beyond to make it go easy and fast. I never felt pressured, and they were super professional and extremely knowledgeable. And I LOVE the look of my new roof when I drive up to the house now. Best roof on the block! I highly recommend these guys.

Ryan and JW were very professional, I love my new roof. Was started and finished in 1 day. Cleaned up one same day and kept me informed from beginning to end. I strongly recommend them.
