ProRoofing did an excellent job on our roof! Jackson was very informed, helped us with our insurance claim, and got us an amazing roof within our budget. Upon removing our old roof, there was worse damage than expected, but they were able to completely replace everything in one day, did a great job cleaning up, and kept us informed the whole time. Highly recommend working with this team!

Cannot recommend a better company to put a new roof on your home. Jackson and Ben worked with me after a tree fell on our home. Jackson didn’t waste any time coming out to assess things; and was nothing but honest, available, and present throughout the whole process. DO NOT go with the random joe that drops a flyer in your mailbox or spam texts you about getting a new roof. Call these guys to have the peace of mind that the whole process will be fair and transparent; and the work will be exemplary.

I had a terrific experience with ProRoofing Alabama. Over the years I have owned several homes and gone through the roof replacement three times. I paid cash once and had insurance claims for the other two. This was easily the best and smoothest. ProRoofing and my roofing professionals Jake N and Ben S made the process easy. They assisted in the claims process, the design and shingle selection process and made sure that the crew showed up on time and did high quality work, which the very professional foreman Josh H supervised. We have small children and decided to schedule the installation during a time that we would be out of town to minimize the intrusion. When we returned the roof looked great and there wasn’t a sign of the significant project that had happened days before. A couple days after the install we noticed a couple of minor issues (a drain pipe was not fully reconnected and a heavy paver was loosened). We told Jake and Josh within 24 hours they had someone out to fix the issues. We were VERY pleased with the experience. Ben was such a great help getting our roof replaced. He helped us through the insurance process, providing proof of the weather damage straight to the adjuster. He was there the day the new roof went on and was always a text away for anything at all that we needed! The team that replaced our roof was professional and very hard working.
