American Roofing Company

A neighbor/friend recommended this company. Drew came by quickly after we contacted the company and inspected our roof. He recommended a new one and he worked with our insurance company directly to get approved. We only had to supply contact information. After roof was approved and Drew got us on the calendar for replacement quickly and he was great at communicating each step. Courtney took over filing our claim and getting the work scheduled withe delivery of the materials to the replacement to haul away of the old roof was done seamless. Required very little from us and new rood looks great! Referred my SIL who loved then as well.

The best service I have had in a long time. Started with a thorough roof inspection with pictures to show and explain damage to me. Helped me with contacting my insurance and helped with filing claim. I literally had to do nothing but let them handle everything. They were on time the morning of installation, used the best materials and did a great job. Left my property in the same clean state as before they installed the roof. The roof looks great and adds a new look to our home. I would recommend American Roofing Company to everyone. Just make sure you ask for Zan Wright. He was courteous, professional and very thorough.

I realize this review is a little late as American Roofing Company ("ARC") did a roof replacement for me back in early January, 2021. They first contacted me by knocking on my door back in October of 2020 notifying me of some missing and damaged shingles. After a lot of explanation from Drew I agreed to see if they could help me out. They really did all the work of contacting my insurance company to scheduling the replacement date, all I had to do was pick the style of shingle. The entire company was very professional, from the initial sales call, to leading up to the actual replacement (in fact I had to change the installation date due to Christmas decorations being up when the initial date was scheduled in mid-December), to the installation day, to respecting and protecting my property, to the clean-up, and then the follow up. All very well done. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. The main face of ARC to me was Drew, and I would definitely recommend him as well - easy to talk with and his explanations with everything were very transparent.

Drew came to the house today to inspect my roof for storm damage. He was professional and did a thorough job with the inspection. He explained the process of replacing the roof and I look forward to working with Drew and his company, American Roofing. The roof was replaced on Tuesday, 9/13/20. Both Drew and Zan showed up to check the progress of the new roof. I was especially impressed with Zan has he stay after everyone left to make sure the areas around the house were clear of nails and debris. Thank you both for a job well done and I have no problem recommending this company for any roofing needs.

Zan Wright was a great help with my roofing project! He was always on time for his appointments, polite with my insurance adjuster, and made sure my roof installation was cleaned up as quick as possible. Couldn’t ask for more than that, thanks American Roofing!

Everyone I interacted with, within the company was very professional and accommodating. This is my first experience dealing with an insurance claim in regards to roof damage, and DJ walked me trough everything. Courtney from accounts payable was very helpful in getting us a payment plan that worked for us, due to being in the restaurant industry and heavily effected by COVID. The one little hiccup we had was handled swiftly by the (owner or manager?) Nick. He went above and beyond! I recommend them for any roofing project someone might need!

American Roofing is amazing. I noticed my neighbors roof had been tarped and asked them what was going on. They told me their roofing issues and said Zan with American Roofing was handling it. My roof was not in the best shape so I called American Roofing and Zan came out to evaluate and was able to submit a claim with my insurance and a new roof was approved! I was so thrilled and my new roof is gorgeous!! Zan and American Roofing are the best and the only ones you will need to call for a roof inspection or replacement. I couldn't be happier!!
