MS roofing

M&S was one of several groups that we called out to our house to get an estimate on replacing our old roof. All of the roofing contractors mentioned that our roof looked like it had some damage, but Mike was the only one to actually alert us to the damage that had/was taking place and thoroughly explained how we could file an insurance claim to cover a roof replacement. He also is a really down to earth guy that didn't waste our time trying to give us a long pitch or sell us stuff we didn't need. In our case, we replaced our siding at the same time as our roof, and Mike handled the communication with the siding company to make sure that all of the work was completed properly. The siding group tried to skip out on work multiple times, but Mike was awesome about staying on top of them to make sure that they did everything they were supposed to do, without us having to stress out about it. When it came time for the roof replacement, Mike brought out a large crew and got all of the work done in just a couple of days. That was a big plus for us because another house down the street took almost 2 weeks to get the roof replaced because they just had a couple of people. Unlike the siding company, which only seemed to care about doing the bare minimum to get a job "done", Mike actually made sure that everything was done properly. We really liked working with him and would strongly recommend him to anyone that needs roof work done. We haven't had a single problem with the roof since it was installed and were thoroughly pleased with M&S throughout the whole process!

Mike's roofing company is truly exceptional. Mike is always quick and reliable. He’s come through in very tight moments preventing leaking inside my house. He’s very honest when surveying issues. Letting you know what immediate things need to get fixed versus what are preventative maintenance items that can wait. I will be calling him for all my roofing needs in the future

Michael did an awesome job on my roof. He was honest and had great suggestions on how to keep my roof going for another 5-10 years rather than just replacing it and spending thousands.

wow cannot say enough good things about Mike! he replaced our storage shed roof FOR FREE when a mamma raccoon ripped it up to have babies in the shed. he donated his time AND materials and we are so thankful for him!

Highly recommend Mike and his crew. I reached out Friday afternoon 7/15/22 Mike reached out in a few hours and scheduled a time Sunday 7/17/22 to take a look. Mike gave me a quote on the spot and said he could have it taken care of midweek. Today is Thursday 7/21/22 and MS roofing just finished my repair. The price I paid was the price we agreed upon and Mike was communicative and punctual every step of the way. I’ll be calling him for all my future roofing needs.

They guys were great! They did an excellent job replacing our roof. It was done well and very fast even under the excruciating heat. Mike was great to work with. He went over everything and worked with us at a great price. He is very responsive, either via call or text. The entire process was very easy and really fast. The new roof looks great. Highly recommend this team.

Absolutely the best! Reliable quality work. I cannot say enough about how professional honest upfront and dependable he is. I had an inch rain leaking through and he came the same day I called.
