I’d been going back and forth on getting my vinyl siding and gutters redone on my house for quite some time now. After reaching out to a couple different companies I ended up going with Exterior Source. From speaking with the sales consultant Jason he explained everything about their product and the whole process of how the job would go. To the project lead/manager Nick keeping me aware of the job progress and little adjustment they had to make to ensure the i was getting quality work. Exterior Source installed new windows in my older home. The difference was immediate. The sun comes in but the heat stays out. Even the window with afternoon sun coming in stays cool to the touch. Ray and Ross and their team were professional, personable and honest. When the guys were done with installation, I inspected inside and out. From the start, the sales rep did not try and sell us anything we didn't need/want. He worked with what we wanted and helped us design the door we wanted. After that, the office communicated everything to us. The installation was on time as arranged. The installers were professional and efficient. They made sure everything was correctly placed and helped understand the new installation, including the new upgraded locking mechanism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone within the hampton roads community!

Last month (Oct 2025), we used Exterior Source to replace all of our windows (43 total). This is the third time we have used Exterior Source (Roof - 2019, Gutters - 2024) which honestly is the highest compliment we can give a company - repeat use. From the outset, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional - from the initial measuring visit, constant pre-project check-ins, through installation and follow-up, as well as all administrative contacts. The windows are top grade and they were installed, including fully wrapped, in 3 days, and upon completion, the president of the company called to ensure 100% satisfaction. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone we worked with in this process. We will not hesitate to use them again when needed, and we recommend them for any project.

We love our gutters, they look great, do the gob, and have added value to our home since the warranty transfers to a new owner if we were ro sell our home. We have had a great experience throughout the whole process. It started with our salesman Michael Cole, he did a great job explaining and displayed the benefits of the gutters, completed and accurate survey for pricing we could afford, and the install crew did a great job, they were profesional, friendly, and quick. Lastly after 2 years Michael followed up with us to make sure we were still happy with them and if there were any issues at all reminded us of our lifetime warranty.
