Cricket Roofing

Good to work with, until warranty work was needed. I placed numerous phone calls and what I got was, well...crickets. Water coming through the roof into the garage because the flashing was not properly installed. In addition, they did not bother to hook up the dryer exhaust hose to the vent in the roof leading to major condensation buildup in the attic. I had to pay another roofer to fix the exhaust, and will eventually need to pay a drywall and painter to repair the numerous water spots all over our ceilings. Simple things to fix, but after over a year of patience on my end, I guess they prefer a one star review over standing by their work.

Out of the 4 roofing contractors I had contacted you were the only one willing to work with me on getting the job done to suit my needs. I am really pleased at how well it turned out and you did it for a very fair price. Really appreciate the extra effort you made on the special bonus project. Cricket did a wonderful job on our roof and gutters. Communication was good, price was competitive and the work was completed timely. Randy acted as sort of a general contractor, making sure the insurance company had what they needed and the subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to and everything got cleaned up. He even was able to have a downspout re-replaced when I accidentally backed into it. Very satisfied!
